⚽ Learn to become a sports coach

💼 Get paid while learning
This programme supports adults with learning disabilities in Sussex to train as sports coaches through a paid apprenticeship.
Apprentices gain a recognised coaching qualification while receiving mentoring and real coaching experience.
Who should apply and when?
This opportunity is ideal for people who:
Love sport
Want to help others
Would like to become a coach.
Aged 18 or over
Have a Learning or Physical Disability
Not currently in Education
Live in or near Sussex
📅 Apply by 1st May 2026
What do apprentices get?
A recognised Community Coach qualification.
Paid employment (from Limitless Employment) for a 3-year period (receiving around £5000 per year).
Weekly mentoring sessions with experienced mentors.
Delivered in partnership with Limitless Employment and AC Training
