A opportunity for adults with a sensory or learning disability in Sussex to complete a coaching qualification as part of a paid apprenticeship in Football coaching.

Launching in late 2025.

Equal Sport Hub

A opportunity for adults with a learning disability in Sussex to complete a coaching qualification as part of a paid apprenticeship in Sport coaching.

Launching in early 2026.

All of our apprenticeships are delivered in partnerships with Limitless Employment Ltd.

Mentoring

Providing bespoke mentoring sport to athletes and coaches in disability sport

Athletes

We are able to offer mentoring to adult and youth athletes across the disability sport landscape, offering bespoke support to help work with individuals to improve their mindset and approach to performance.

One to One Football Coaching

Specialist 1-2-1 Coaching for disability football

Coaching

Specialist one-to-one coaching available for all formats of disability football. We have experience of coaching within the national FA Talent pathway and across national league formats, including Blind, Cerebral Palsy, Deaf and Powerchair Football.

All of One-to-one coaching is covered by our insurance and delivered by UEFA qualified coach, with all equipment provided

Sessions are available across Sussex for adult or youth players.

Consultation

Expert support and advice for clubs, organisations and individuals to enhance their inclusive practices.

We are able to offer bespoke support packages for clubs, organisations and individuals to help them become more inclusive in their day to day practices.

Consultations will focus on the simple and effective changes that can have a big impact, whilst also providing advice and support.
